100 People a day was founded in 2014 by Sherrin Duncan. She has been involved in Outreach Ministry since 2004 Through her tenure she was build relationships with local churches in the community and emphasis is outreach for all people regardless of race of religion. 100 People a day have sponsored and/or donated to several events in the local community including, Henry County DFACS, Toys for Tots, Piedmont Henry Hospital, American Red Cross, Men on a Mission, to name a few 100 people a day goals are continue to work in the community with churches, local organizations, hospitals and business to promote community outreach. One person cam make a difference just like 100 pennies make a dollar. Her ministry is funded by donations, events and personal income. The Mission Statement is simple "Go, Teach, Obey". Minister Duncan attends St. James Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Dr. Eric C. Calhoun.
The Great Commission (Matthew 28:16-20)
16 Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. 17 When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted. 18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
